Trisim’s view

Trisim’s view is that the next phase belongs to operations. Most SPVs have finished building, so the value now comes from running ICCCs as city operating systems: adding AI video analytics, IoT sensors and line-department services, and keeping them secure and well maintained. Chennai’s ICCC 2.0 and Tirupati’s phased roll-out show where the market is heading.
